We are especially interested in people with real-world experience in hosting, infrastructure, support, gaming communities, systems administration, web services, or related technical work.

If you enjoy solving problems, learning as you go, and taking pride in doing things right, there is no harm in introducing yourself even when no role is currently advertised.
